After working as a Commercial Banking, Relationship Manager helping some of the largest mortgage companies in the United States, and management with a Fortune 500 company, I have transitioned my focus to Southwest Florida real estate. As a REALTOR® with Premiere Plus Realty, I bring expertise in business development and strategic marketing to customers throughout Southwest Florida.

After growing up in the Midwest, I now reside in Estero, Florida, the heart of Southwest Florida with my wife, Renee Malachowski who is also a REALTOR® with Premiere Plus Realty. Renee and I are childhood sweethearts having met in 4th grade. Now many years later we have since married, had four wonderful children, and been intimately getting to know the community of SWFL with our family and friends. Being involved in the SWFL community has been an important part of our family’s life. In our free time, you can frequently find our family strolling on the beach, kayaking, enjoying the many shopping amenities our area offers, attending church and Bible study groups, or traveling to see our two oldest children who are away at school, Stetson Law, and the University of Central Florida. Renee and I both made our way to the beautiful state of Florida through the University of Florida right after high school, after which began a management career for me. I have since gone on to studying Biblical Studies at Liberty University and Southern California Seminary.

Renee initially started our family in the field of real estate when she joined a Toll Brothers community in 2006, later joining Century 21 and finally with Premiere Plus Realty for the past five years. I worked as a commercial banker with a national bank as a Relationship Manager, working day to day with most of the bank’s largest corporate customers, being an advocate, advisor, and banking liaison in helping to fulfil their corporate goals.

In my desire and commitment to help clients looking for homes in our slice of paradise, SWFL, or selling their homes to relocate elsewhere, I provide honesty, integrity, and professionalism while navigating the real estate experience. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the Naples Area Board of Realtors, I uphold the strictest code of ethics and dedication.
